Mesotherapy

What is mesotherapy?

Mesotherapy is a nonsurgical, minimally invasive procedure in which a cocktail of hyaluronic acid, vitamins, minerals, nutrients, amino acids, and other nutritional substances is injected. This aims to nourish the skin, improve microcirculation and tone, create volume and reduce imperfections, while stimulating the production of collagen and elastin, which are essential for the natural elasticity of the skin..

The main ingredient in mesotherapy is hyaluronic acid. Its role is to create volume by filling in the gaps between collagen and elastin fibers. Hyaluronic acid is found naturally in the skin, but with age its amount decreases, and the result is sagging, withered skin with reduced hydration. Prolonged sun exposure, smoking, hormonal changes, menopause, genetic predisposition contribute to the reduction of hyaluronic acid.
